Map requirements
- The IrisBG Map module requires an internet connection to access a map provider like Google, or online map services such as ArcGIS/ArcGIS Online with support for WMS/WMTS
- We offer free web map hosting for one custom map
- Maps can also be hosted on a WMS or WMTS (ArcGIS) server in your local network
Web map hosting service
With the Mapping module we provide free web map hosting for one custom map, for you to use in IrisBG or in the Garden Explorer. Additional maps can be hosted at a cost. We take care of all the necessary configurations for the vector or raster data to be uploaded to our map server and made available for public use.
Maps in the Garden Explorer
The optional Garden Explorer publishes your collection to the public with maps, features, tours and searchable plant lists, with GPS and QR code support on desktops, tablets and smartphones.
